chapter 6 project-math

 
  1. A quadrilateral is a 4 sided figure. 
  2. A kite has 2 disjoint pairs of consecutive congruent sides. 
  3. A kite's diagonals bisect opposite angles.
  4. A rectangle has two pairs of parallel sides and 4 right angles, just like a square. 
  5. A rectangle's diagonals are congruent.
  6. A rhombus has all congruent sides.   
  7. A rhombus' diagonals form 4 right triangles.
  8. A trapezoid has one pair of parallel sides.
  9. An isosceles trapezoid has congruent legs.
  10. The diagonals are congruent in an isosceles trapezoid.
  11. A square's sides are all congruent.
  12. All the angles in a square are congruent at 90 degrees.
